End-User Licence Agreement

1. What this software is

TVPS Sync (“the Software”) is a private integration service built and operated by The Vanity Portrait Studio for its own internal use. It synchronises records between The Vanity Portrait Studio’s Salesforce organisation and its QuickBooks Online company.

The Software is not sold, licensed, distributed or offered to any third party, and is not listed on the Intuit App Store. The only permitted user is The Vanity Portrait Studio and its authorised personnel.

2. Licence

The Vanity Portrait Studio retains all rights in the Software. No licence is granted to any other party. Authorised personnel may use it solely for The Vanity Portrait Studio’s internal accounting and customer-records operations.

3. Acceptable use

• The Software may be used only with The Vanity Portrait Studio’s own Salesforce organisation and QuickBooks Online company.
• It may not be used to access any QuickBooks company belonging to another party.
• Credentials and access tokens may not be shared outside authorised personnel.

4. No warranty

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The Vanity Portrait Studio operates it at its own risk and is responsible for verifying the accuracy of any record it creates or modifies, including invoices and payment records.

5. Limitation of liability

Because the Software is used solely by its owner, no liability is assumed toward any third party. Nothing here limits any obligation The Vanity Portrait Studio owes its own clients under separate agreements.

6. Termination

The Vanity Portrait Studio may terminate the integration at any time by disconnecting it in QuickBooks Online, which immediately revokes its access. See disconnecting.

7. Changes

This agreement may be updated as the Software changes. The date above reflects the current version.
